What happened
According to a city Facebook post, the club house in the Live Oak Swimming Pool complex has been updated with new flooring, lighting, countertops, appliances and fresh paint. Other improvements include a new air conditioning system for guests and new entrance doors.
The clubhouse is available for rent by residents and reservations are taken on a six month rolling calendar, according to the city’s website. Maximum capacity of the venue is 72 people.
What’s next
According to the city, the clubhouse will be ready for use in early fall after the conclusion of the 2025 pool season.
