The 78230 ZIP code had the largest increase in average days on the market year over year, with a 44.64% increase. In contrast, homes listed on the market in the 78258 ZIP code saw a 12.82% decrease in average days on market year over year, according to the data.
According to the data, median home prices increased in the 78258, 78259 and 78260 in April 2025 compared to April 2024. Although median home price decreased in the 78230, 78231, 78232 and 78248 ZIP codes in the same time period.
In April, the data shows median home prices ranged between $375,000 and $594,900 across all ZIP codes mentioned above.
