Two-minute impact
Voters must vote in the county where they’re registered. In Harris County, voters can vote at any polling place within the county on Election Day, while Montgomery County voters must vote at their designated polling place. When going to vote, voters must bring one of the following, according to the Texas Secretary of State’s office:
- Texas driver's license
 - Texas election identification certificate
 - Texas personal identification card
 - Texas handgun license
 - U.S. military identification card with a photo
 - U.S. citizenship certificate with a photo
 - U.S. passport
 
There are 17 proposed state constitutional amendments that will appear on voters’ ballots, as previously reported by Community Impact. The amendments center around issues such as reducing property taxes and funding water supply projects.
Additionally, the listing below includes elections that may appear on ballots of voters in the Tomball and Magnolia area. This is not a comprehensive list and does not include all possible Nov. 4 races or any uncontested races.

Magnolia ISD
Proposition A
The issuance of $469.5 million in bonds for designing, constructing, improving, updating, acquiring, and equipping school facilities, including, but not limited to, a new high school, two new elementary schools, safety and security, the purchase of necessary sites for school facilities and the purchase of new school buses.
Proposition B
The issuance of $22.9 million in bonds for constructing, acquiring, improving and equipping athletic facilities, including, but not limited to, multipurpose facilities at the new high school and existing high schools, new turf fields, new seating for softball and baseball, and tennis lighting at both existing high schools.
Proposition C
The issuance of $24.42 million in bonds for constructing, acquiring and equipping a natatorium to be located on the west side of the school district to serve Magnolia West High School and the new high school.
