A new residential community outside of Rosenberg is expected to bring more than 1,000 new homes to Fort Bend County, according to an Aug. 7 news release from real estate developer The Signorelli Co.

The overview

The 359-acre development, dubbed Holly Ridge, is located 15 minutes outside Rosenberg, 20 minutes from Sugar Land and near Hwy. 59, per the release. Homes will be available in various sizes and floor plans, beginning in the low $300,000s.

The community, which is zoned to Lamar CISD, is expected to have 133 acres of recreational and green space featuring:
  • Pool
  • Playground
  • Sports fields
  • Picnic areas
  • Walking paths
