76 Fence, a national franchise, has made its Texas debut in the Houston area.

The big picture

The franchise offers fencing services to both residential and commercial customers in the Katy, Sugar Land and Richmond areas, according to a May 12 news release. Services include:
  • New fence installations
  • Fence staining
  • Fence repairs
The Houston-area franchises are led by regional developers Cale and Ashley Dillingham, who said they plan to open brick-and-mortar locations in the coming months, per the release.

“Texas is a key market for us,” 76 Fence CEO Ed Samane said in the release. “The strong housing growth in Houston and the Dillingham’s passion for their community make it the perfect place to introduce our brand. We’re excited to support them as they bring 76 Fence’s services to Texas.”

Meet the team

In the release, the Dillinghams said their motivation for opening in Houston came after they saw the community’s resilience after they moved to the area in 2017. They aim to bring local jobs, enhance neighborhood safety and improve aesthetics.

Additionally, the Dillinghams said they hope to serve as community partners by supporting youth sports and collaborating with local organizations.

“Houston has given so much to our family, especially when we were new to the area during Hurricane Harvey, and amazing people have continued to influence our family for good,” Ashley Dillingham said in the release. “Cale and I are thrilled to launch a business that lets us serve our neighbors.”

Zooming out

The franchise—which began operations in late 2023—has 10 locations in Illinois, North Carolina and Tennessee, according to the release.

The company will also add four more Houston locations in Cypress, the Energy Corridor, North Houston and Brenham by the beginning of 2026. However, exact office locations haven’t been determined, Cale Dillingham said in an email.
