After traveling 7,000 miles to meet each other at the Culinary Institute of America in 1994, chefs Jessica and Matthew Lynn said they decided their dream was to own a restaurant in Old Town Spring, “where families and friends could gather to reconnect over thoughtfully prepared comfort food.”

In a nutshell

The two chefs opened Lynn’s Table in 2015, a chef-owned and operated restaurant with an ice cream and dessert parlor. In May, the owners celebrated their 10th anniversary, Jessica and Matthew confirmed in an email to Community Impact. The owners said the anniversary felt remarkable.

“Most new restaurants fail in the first year, so to be here 10 years later, serving our community is a profoundly inspiring achievement. Food is our love language, and to be able to share that with our guests is truly a blessing,” Jessica and Matthew said.

Lynn’s Table menu items feature quiche Lorraine, freshly made fudge, milkshakes and hamburgers, according to its website.
