Construction has begun on the Territory at Porter apartment complex in Porter, a spokesperson for real estate development firm
Dhanani Private Equity Group said in a Sept. 23 email.
The 342-unit apartment complex will include features such as:
- A fitness center
- A resort-style pool
- A dog park with a pet drinking fountain
- A clubhouse with work spaces, a billiards lounge, yoga spaces, a pingpong table and more
- A pickleball court
- Fire pits
Dhanani Private Equity Group is also planning a
new shopping center, named Porter Retail, to open at 21451 FM 1314, Porter, in the summer or fall of 2026, as previously reported.
