Arbor Rose at Porter—an apartment complex that is expected to be
under construction until the end of this year—is now preleasing in Porter, a company spokesperson confirmed via email June 2. The first of the complex's 276 total units are expected to be available in June.
Arbor Rose Capital—a Houston-based private equity real estate firm—owns the property, which will include features such as:
- One-, two- and three-bedroom units
- A dog park
- A gym
- A walking trail
- Pickleball facilities
- A putting green
- Barbecue stations
The apartment complex is preleasing units for $1,199-$2,034 per month, with prices and availability subject to change, the spokesperson said. Construction on the project began in January 2024.
