Triten Real Estate Partners announced the completion of a 171,000-square-foot distribution center in Humble via an Aug. 21 news release.

The details

Per the release, the Class A facility is designed to accommodate one to three tenants with spaces ranging from 50,000 to 171,000 square feet. Dubbed "McKay at Will Clayton Logistics Center," the facility also features:
  • 4,360 square feet of office space
  • Multiple drive-up ramps
  • Trailer parking
  • Fenced truck courts for secure outdoor storage
  • 41 dock-high doors
Some context

Construction on the project began in October 2024, as previously reported by Community Impact.

The facility is located near George Bush Intercontinental Airport as well as major corridors, including Beltway 8, Hwy. 59 and I-45. Neighboring tenants include Amazon, DHL and FedEx, per the release.
