Bangkok Times Thai Cuisine has opened its doors in Katy specializing in authentic Halal Thai cuisine, owner Amata “Oat” Anantasomboon said in an email.

On the menu

Per its website, the eatery’s menu features on numerous Thai dishes, including:
  • Pad Thai
  • Stir fry dishes
  • Noodles and fried rice
  • Curry
The menu also offers several desserts such as sweet sticky rice and coconut ice cream.

Zooming out

Before moving to Katy last August for his children’s schooling, Anantasomboon said he began his restaurant ownership in Thailand with Isamu Sushi, which has been operating for more than eight years.
