A new Houston location for the fast-casual sandwich shop, Potbelly, is now open at The Texas Medical Center. The original opening date of May 27 was postponed to June 3, according to spokesperson Cat Mann.

Located at Helix Park’s TMC3 Collaborative Building, Potbelly offers sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The company also delivers customizable boxed lunches, sandwich bundles and other catering options.

Potbelly will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m.-10 p.m., according to the Helix Park website.

Potbelly was founded in 1977 in Chicago, and its name refers to the potbelly stove, according to its website, which is a cast iron stove that is known for its rounded shape.
