The homebuilder lineup and anticipated pricing for the first phase of 1,000-acre community Midline have been announced by Harris County-based homebuilder Brookfield Residential, according to a Sept. 15 news release from Midline.

Brookfield Residential is among the builders in the first phase of Midline.

The gist

Midline is a residential project with multiple parks and more than a dozen miles of trails. The project plans for 2,800 single-family homes, according to the release.

The initial phase of Midline will have over 270 homesites in six lot sizes.

Overall pricing is expected to start in the high $300,000s and range upward to over $800,000, according to the release.

Builders for the first phase of Midline include the following:
  • Brookfield Residential: building on homesites measuring 40, 50 and 60 feet
  • Highland Homes: building on homesites measuring 45 feet
  • Perry Homes: building on homesites measuring 55 feet
  • Toll Brothers: building on homesites measuring 70 feet
“Special street scenes, with a sensible mix of lot sizes to promote variety and interest, is one of our foundational planning principles for Midline, along with urban greening, comprehensive connectivity and others,” Matthew McCafferty, senior vice president of operations for Brookfield Residential, said in the release.
