Tejano Music Nights

Attendees can enjoy Tejano music every Sunday in June and July. Lineups throughout the season will include Joel Hernandez Band, Grupo Delirio Band, Grupo Mensaje, Los Chamacos, Gary Hobbs and Magnifico Seite, among several others.Texas Outlaw Challenge

Texas Outlaw Challenge returns to Seabrook with a four-day performance boating festival featuring high-speed poker runs, shoot-out speed trials, a bikini contest, waterfront parties and a street festival. The event draws powerboaters and spectators nationwide and benefits local charities.

The Soulfreak Makers Market

The Soulfreak Makers Market is a local market in League Park featuring 30-40 vendors selling food, jewelry, arts, crafts and live music.Cool Chemistry


Hosted at the Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center, this event will include a program about chemistry courtesy of the Houston Museum of Natural Science. The program is designed for students going into first through fifth grade.Hurricane Preparedness and Safety Fair

Held in partnership between several cities and Galveston County, this event will provide attendees with information on hurricane preparedness, the season’s outlook and a variety of activities and interactive demonstrations. Preparedness vendors, face painting and music will be available as well.

League City Fireworks Extravaganza

Held on July 3 every year, League City will offer residents a chance to see a fireworks show at Chester L. Davis Sportsplex to celebrate the Fourth of July. Live music, food trucks and inflatables will be available. Fireworks will begin at 9 p.m.League City Citizen Appreciation Day

This annual event at Hometown Heroes Park will feature activities for families, a petting zoo, live entertainment, face painting and moonwalks. Hot dogs, drinks and watermelon will also be available.Sunset Bazaar on 2nd


This monthly night market held at League Park will offer goods from roughly 65 small businesses, as well as live music, a food court, door prizes and is pet friendly.Editor's note: This story has been updated to reflect the time when League City's fireworks display will begin.
