KOYO Hand Roll Bar is now open on Egret Bay Boulevard in Webster, an employee with the restaurant confirmed June 4.

The Japanese word "KOYO" means "autumn leaves," and the restaurant's website notes the name "represents change, beauty and the idea that everyone deserves to enjoy the freshest and highest-quality sushi."

The restaurant serves hand roll sets in three, four and five with proteins including salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab and spicy scallop, among other proteins, according to the restaurant's website.


The restaurant also serves edamame, as well as a variety of crudo dishes, including salmon, scallop, tuna and yellowtail.
