StretchLab is set to open in early October in the Magnolia Creek area, featuring 25 or 50-minute private sessions, according to the business's website.
What they offer
StretchLab offers assisted stretching to improve range of motion and flexibility, and reduce pain and tension. The sessions are based on the client’s specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
Additionally, StretchLab offers Normatec Compression Therapy, which can improve circulation, flexibility and muscle recovery.
Normatec is a pneumatic compression therapy that uses boot-like attachments around the legs to compress air, massaging leg muscles and mobilizing fluid, according to StretchLab’s website.
A closer look
To personalize sessions, StretchLab uses scanning technology to create a full-body assessment of each client.
The scan uses 3D imaging to measure mobility, activation, posture and symmetry, which determines the type of stretches incorporated into a session.
StretchLab’s Magnolia Creek location will operate Monday through Saturday.
