PREVIEW: Harris County ESD 9 commissioners to address board vacancy at July 31 meeting

Commissioners from the Harris County Emergency Services District No. 9 will proceed with filling a vacant board seat at their July 31 meeting, potentially finalizing their selection for a new commissioner.
