Harris County ESD 9 ousts Cy-Fair Fire Department's longtime legal counsel in split vote

The Harris County Emergency Services District No. 9 board of commissioners voted 3-2 at the April 24 meeting to terminate its longtime legal counsel, Coveler & Peeler, effective immediately.
