Bastrop to honor military hero with post office dedication June 17

Bastrop will dedicate its Main Street post office to Sgt. Maj. Billy Waugh on June 17, honoring his 50-year military and intelligence career. A portion of Main Street will be closed during the ceremony from 10-11 a.m.
