Lower Clear Creek and Dickinson Bayou Study’s second phase moves forward

The second phase of developing a flood mitigation plan for the Lower Clear Creek and Dickinson Bayou watersheds near League City and Friendswood just received approval to move forward from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
