BASIS Texas Charter School is now open in Richardson.

The charter school offers tuition-free “engaging and challenging but age appropriate” STEM and arts curriculum for students in kindergarten through 7th grade, according to the website. The school plans to expand to serve students in kindergarten through 12th grade in the future.

There are 18 campuses across Texas, per the website.
