In her time as executive director of the leadership program, Quirk worked to improve the organization’s outreach efforts, which resulted in a need to increase the program’s class size from 36 to 42 during her tenure, according to the release. Quirk's other accomplishments in the role include expanding the program's sponsors and hosts, collaborating with alumni, and securing donations for tuition assistance for the program
Quirk also served as the chamber’s president and CEO from 2021-24, the release stated.

She not only strengthened an already robust program but also expanded its influence and impact,” said Monica Scott, chair of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce board, in the release. “We will miss her tremendously, but also celebrate her legacy of enhancing Richardson’s pool of future leaders.”
Moving Forward
Kim plans on staying active in the community and remaining at the organization until a replacement is chosen, the release states.
“It has been my incredible privilege to guide classes 31-40, the best classes,” Quirk said in the release. “I will always cherish the many connections, friendships, and the front-row seat as new leaders bloomed through their experiences. [Leadership Richardson] will always be my family!”
