The new eatery will be owned by Taylor Witt and Katie Dunn, who own the Little Wooden Penguin.
The bar and restaurant will be call Nowhere. It will be a "fun version of a dive bar," Dunn said.
It will offer burgers, beers, sports, shuffleboard and more. The patio is also being redone, Dunn said. A website is not yet available.
