1. Alders Prosper


The new facility is opened to tenants 55 and older and offers a variety of floor plans. One and two-bedroom apartments with wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are available at Alders Prosper. The facility also includes amenities such as a pub-style game room, private wine lockers, an internet coffee bar and more. Weekly activities will also be hosted at Alders Prosper, including happy hours, art classes and other social events.2. Lois Head Spa

The new spa offers appointments ranging from 45 minutes to two and a half hours for services such as hair and skin care. It offers services individually and in different combinations. For example, Lois Head Spa’s “True Glow” service mixes the business’ scalp therapy with a facial.3. Lotus Med Spa


The practice is operated by Dr. Gentiana Bakaj who previously operated a medical practice in Victoria, Texas, since July 2013. Lotus Med Spa offers various aesthetic services, including laser hair removal, injectables, skin tag removal and microneedling. It also features IV infusion therapy, vitamin injections and medical weight loss, among other services.4. Rodgers Dermatology Prosper

The dermatology officer provides services for all ages including skin exams, acne treatments, the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, the surgical removal of cysts and lipomas, and all treatment of all diseases of the skin, hair, and nails.5. Smoothie Factory + Kitchen

The Prosper location features smoothies free of added sugar and preservatives, fresh-pressed juices, power bowls, toasts, folds and more, according to a company news release. The location also features Red Mango frozen yogurt. Guests can expect a quick-service restaurant coupled with a customizable self-serve experience of four delicious frozen yogurt flavors, two additional swirl combinations, and 13 toppings.Coming soon

6. Children’s Hunger Fund


The organization estimates that the new Prosper facility will distribute more than 100 million meals to children living in poverty. About 14% of North Texas residents live in poverty, according to Children's Hunger Fund. Of those residents, about 20% are children who experience poverty. The facility, dubbed as a volunteer center and poverty encounter experience, will be about 85,000 square feet when completed.7. Voodoo Brewing Co.

The business will offer brand seltzers as well as stouts, IPAs and golden ales. Its menu includes bar fare, such as burgers, pizzas, wings and various appetizers.
