Here are five of the most expensive permits filed with TDLR in the past week.
1. Harmon Road Apartments
A 3,143-square-foot leasing office in north Fort Worth is scheduled to begin construction in March of this year, according to a TDLR filing. The apartments will be located off US 287 near the Chisholm Ridge.

The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas will be the telecommunications hub for national and international media in television, radio and new media operations, according to a FIFA news release. Dallas first hosted the IBC during the 1994 FIFA World Cup. Construction to build temporary offices and studio rooms is scheduled for completion by mid-May, according to the TDLR filing.

Westfork Crossing in Prosper is scheduled for a new commercial anchor and retail shell buildings, according to a TDLR filing. The town’s planning and zoning commission approved a new restaurant and retail space for the same property in November 2025. Construction is estimated to be completed by early next year.

Baylor Scott & White is renovating a building in Grapevine for a new Heart Hospital, according to a TDLR filing. The hospital will serve as an ambulatory surgery center for services like aortic valve or lung surgery, pacemaker implantation and heart attacks, according to its website. Construction is estimated to be completed in November.

The Town of Flower Mound recently completed construction for a new bridge, according to a TDLR filing. The bridge goes across the Graham Branch floodplain, according to previous reporting. Project engineer David Brockway said the bridge was not open yet as development continues on the other side of the plain.
