What's happening?
After a soft open April 27, Dynamite Eggrolls held its official grand opening May 10 for its location in Grapevine.
The McKinney-based food truck travels across the state for events, but the Grapevine spot will be its first brick-and-mortar location
The menu includes items such as K-Pop egg rolls with sirloin beef, Korean BBQ sauce and Sriracha aioli; brisket fried rice; brisket grilled cheese; orange chicken and dynamite wings.
It replaces Thai Esane in the food hall, which opened in late 2023, according to previous reporting.
