BirthCo. Chiropractic + Wellness celebrated the opening of their Dripping Springs location with a ribbon cutting ceremony May 5. The new spot opened in early 2025.

The wellness clinic offers various chiropractic care, including prenatal, postnatal and pediatric chiropractic care, message therapy, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation and hormone balancing.

For example, BirthCo. offers pre- and postnatal message therapy and a postnatal rehabilitation program.

Founder Katherine Melot said the business is focused on filling in women’s health gaps in healthcare with their services, as well as offering education and support.

“We really go above and beyond for our patients to make sure that they feel like they're getting what they need, even the services outside of our office,” she told Community Impact. “We want to find them the person that they need, the service that they need, the community that they need.”

Additionally, Melot said she wants her guests to feel heard regarding their medical decisions.

“Providers often in our traditional medical system really put their opinions and ideas on the patient,” she said. “We make our own healthcare decisions and you get to make yours. We want to respect that and support it and just be there for you no matter what you choose.”

While the clinic specializes in women’s health, the clinic also offers services for men and children.

The wellness clinic also has locations across Austin, including Bee Cave, Southwest Austin, North Austin and Cedar Park.
