Radius Butcher & Grocery is now open in what was formerly the Salt & Time Butcher Shop and Restaurant space, continuing the tradition of offering Austin residents locally-sourced products.

Led by founder Kevin Fishner and head butcher Joe Saenz, the grocer sources food from local farms.

Along with pastured meats, Radius offers a selection of organic produce, grains, eggs, cheeses and seafood.

“We want to walk into the store and know that all products are of the highest integrity and good for the body. We want a small store with fresh products, not a massive warehouse of commodity nonperishables,” Saenz said in a news release.
