El Pollo Rico plans to open a Pflugerville location near Dessau Road and Wells Branch Parkway, according to real estate firm Resolut Re.

The restaurant, known for its charcoal-grilled chicken, leased space in Grace Plaza, which is under construction and has plans to open next year, according to a LoopNet listing.

The retail strip will break ground within the month, a representative with Resolut Re said, and has also leased space to Prime Liquor.
