A Hopdoddy Burger Bar, part of a chain that started in 2010 and aimed to raise the bar for burger bars, is expected to open in Liberty Hill in the spring, according to Shakeel Badarpura, one of the owners of the development.

The national chain, which started in Austin, also has a program promoting live music called Tuned In.

The burger bar will open in the incoming Gateway 29 development in Liberty Hill.
