F3 Coffee & Tea, a new firefighter-owned coffee cart, is opening in Liberty Hill this May.
The details
F3, which represents the company’s tenets ‘Faith, Family, and Fire,’ was founded by the Olson and Smith families, two Hutto-based firefighter families.
“As first responders, we’ve seen firsthand how important strong community ties are,” said co-owner Taylor Smith. “We wanted to create a space where people can come together.”
F3 is opening in a custom trailer, which includes a built-in bar that will allow customers to sit and enjoy their drinks. The trailer’s home base will be at 14251 SH 29 in Liberty Hill.
What they offer
The food truck will serve coffee, tea, refreshers and energy drinks. F3 offers a few signature drink items, such as The Siren, a strawberry/white chocolate latte, and the All-Nighter, a four-shot coconut mocha designed for late nights.
Looking forward
Taylor said that in the future the company hopes to find a permanent brick-and-mortar location.
