The dual-branded hotel, called Fairfield by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott, is set to open its doors to Bastrop-area customers in early 2027.
In a nutshell
According to a press release from hotel development and management company American Liberty Hospitality, the location aims to cater to travelers in the Bastrop area.
ALH expects the hotel to attract visitors traveling for work or exploring the Bastrop State Park, downtown Bastrop and Circuit of the Americas, according to the release.
The hotel will be located inside an upcoming 75-acre mixed-use development called Sendero by developer Pearl River.

The new hotel will include an outdoor pool and a full-service bar as well as additional amenities for guests.
